Data governance clinics
are a tool for cities looking to align their use of technology with the public interest.

They are participatory action research to identify whose definition of public interest is being used, and how that translates into governance design.

My colleagues and I conducted a series with the cities of Helsinki and Amsterdam.

We created a toolkit and a report of lessons learned; read it here.
